Take the barend weight off and see if it still sticks.

yeah still sticks you think a superglue de-bonder would do the trick?

Depends what you've done to it, did you take the throttle tube off the bike?

nope, it was very tight to put on but im sure it wouldnt have distorted the throttle tube would it?

Mine are currently sitting on the throttle tube exactly how yours are. I just trimmed the other end of the grip
It works put it aint pretty. When I get hold of another grip I shall be grinding that bit down also but it works for now.

That was what I had when I had hotgrips on my bike.
