Don't joke about things like that, when Mrs Fuds dad came off his Magni on his way to the AR in 2004 I am led to understand that they had to build about 12 exhausts before they got a "Matching Pair" and even then, they did not match the originals, if they insurance had known the true final costs they would have written it off for its agreed value at day one

jeez that's rubbish, good to hear you've managed to make it rideable again already.

sounds like the issue i had a couple of years ago of people not using their eyes. when a lady driving a people carrier didn't see me driving past infront of her as she tried to make an illegal right turn in a car park!

Sorryo to hear this mark - that really really sucks!

At least you caught her, got photos of the damage AND obtained her contact details (even though that was a bit of a kerfuffle). She clearly must be blind as a bat to not see a yellow bike in the bloomin road and why rely on technology rather than using your common sense and judgement? idiotic woman.

Hope you manage to get th bike sorted without too much hassle from the insurance.

Maria

Check out the reg on this mate. says it's not insured. (now we know there could me many reasons for this e.g. my ebike policy expires monthly so soimethimes doesn';t show up)

I thin k you need to ring the non-emergency police number to cover your ****!!

I've heard that site's not the most reliable.
Best thing to do would be to PM Bluepete or someone similar to check the PNC

Oh no....some people just shouldn't be on the road especially in a Chelsea Tractor!!

It is a worry - I saw a documentary about these vehicles being extremely dangerous for school runs - they did an experiment - the driver of one could not see about 6 children lined up behind it either in his mirrors or when he turned round!

Hope you get it sorted out and she pays up
