Don't bother with the SV stock lines, they're $hit. The GSXR runs an over the mudguard setup, one line goes from MC to one caliper, then over the mudguard to the other one.
Get a pair of SV specific braided lines in "race" setup with stainless fittings and they should work fine. IIRC the gixxer calipers are the same pitch of thread. The busa, bandit and TL calipers are the SRAD bolt pattern (triangular caliper shape), and I very much doubt these will work with your forks without serious work. They are also knocking on a bit and suffer from the self-servo-ing action far worse than the 4 pots.
