Due to lack of exhaust, I feel that it would be unwise to turn up. Once I have one, I'll be at the pole a few times. Be it car or bike.

Don't let that stop you. Police don't seem to pick faults with peoples bikes. Infact they only turn up breifly to make sure no one's pulling wheelies or acting like ****s.
