5 mars bars, melted down in a pot with 500g of butter (if I remember correctly) (and you need to keep stirring.. goes lumpy then smooths out after a while)
mix in rice crispies (cant remember quantity) , spread out into a dish and let it cool/set. Melt some cooking choc and pour over the top and allow to set in fridge for an hour or two..
