All the characters were played very well. Bones was ace imo!!!

All the cast did a good job of playing the characters without falling in to the trap of playing the original actors playing the characters.

Chekov's 1st scene was a little cringeworthy with too much of the Nuclear Wessels thing, but once he was not so in the spotlight he didn't jar so much.

Big surprise for me was Scotty tho - Simon Peg wouldn't have initially been my 1st choice, but I think he was excellent.

I also thought that Spock would just come across as Sylar with pointy ears, but was wrong.

But as you say, Bones was the best.
