Its not the money, its the market, may aswell pay for the lessons as i aint gonna be able to buy it then sell it the week after!

Does anybody know if:
As module one is 'off road', do I need to be insured?! As it only costs a tenner and lasts 8 minutes theres no point in paying £200 for it! I could just meet a mate at the centre and use their bike!?

I'd say you would need to be insured, because on the road test you sign a declaration saying you are insured and all details provided are correct, I'd presume the same on the testing ground but would need to confirm that with the test centres.

i have just paid 320 for 2 days/lessons and my part 1 and 2 (using there bikes)

allready had my CBT and theory ?

so is that 400 all in ?

if you have been on the road on a 125 for a year you will only need 2 days .. i really felt as if i only needed 1 day .

ye iv got my cbt and just today passed my theory!
I think im going to just take the mod 1 without pratice as iv heard its just like the cbt. how did you find it? my mate says i can borrow his 125to do it on!
Then im thinking 1days pratice then take mod 2. Is it not 2 hard then? Just remember your 'lifesavers'?!

Shouldn't just need life savers to pass a test, some ****er in a cage nearly swipped me off the other day for cutting my lane, if I hadn't of looked I wouldn't of accelerated and mean in pain for exams = damn.

Where I did my training (Blackpool) they are now offering module 1 for 360 (4 days) and module 2 for 110 (1 day).
You do road riding as prep for module 1, (hence the cheap price module 2).
There are places which charge a lot less for module 1 but they are a 1 day course purely on passing in the car park. Apparently thats part of why there are accidents on the swerve, lots of candidates have just done the CBT and 1 days training for module 1, no actual road riding or any decent amount of hours on the bike.
