Well i think me and you have gone through our ups and downs together, and you restored my faith in female friends , now your turn to find a nice man and soz hun but Matts brother is deffo outta bounds now- just got engaged to his gf Chrissie so BIG congrats to them

I have had IBS for a few years now, was taking tablets every day for it but find it easier just to cut out or reduce quantities of food or drinks that react with me.
Fizzy pop was a big trigger for me, also too much dairy products, fast food in small bits ok but too much junk not good.
Tbh i rarely have symptoms now as long as i'm sensible.
The prescription tablets i used to take were good though, anti cramping so was fine on them, but didnt want to do that for rest of life.
Hope you find your triggers early so you can avoid them !!

Yer ive found fast food to be a major trigger-mainly mcdonalds! so i dont eat them anymore, its just finding out what else triggers it

We have indeed but I have to say this is the 1st time since you know who I can say I don't want a man. I am so content with work, life in general I think a man would just get in the way.

Thats how i feel now, im settled and enjoy my job, have 2 new bikes (and 2 mental cats lol), a great set of mates and certainly wasnt even looking for a relationship when Matt come along (neither was he lol) but it all kinda just clicked during my test ride on the 675 and here we are
