I have had IBS for a few years now, was taking tablets every day for it but find it easier just to cut out or reduce quantities of food or drinks that react with me.
Fizzy pop was a big trigger for me, also too much dairy products, fast food in small bits ok but too much junk not good. Tbh i rarely have symptoms now as long as i'm sensible. The prescription tablets i used to take were good though, anti cramping so was fine on them, but didnt want to do that for rest of life.
