Flymo - Whats the craic with Sunday mate? Are you racing?
Yes I am, this is a slightly unusual meeting as it incorporates some national sidecar racing etc so they have effectively spread a 1 day meet over two days.

I think I get a practice session and one race on the Saturday, then one race on the Sunday. Should be a fairly relaxed affair.

I wouldnt worry too much about the weather, especially this far in advance. Sometimes you cant be sure what it will be like in a few hours at Anglesey, never mind two weeks ahead

If it pi88es down then so be it.

You would be if you were racing though , it makes for an interesting 'turn 1' after the start.

Question for Flymo (or other regular racers). Will the guys selling / fitting tyres at the meet have road tyres? I need a new front and would be nice to just ride over and have it fitted there.

They would obviously carry more track biased stock but give them a ring in advance and they will probably bring them along.

I doubt that they will remove wheels from a bike though as they'll be busy swapping tyres on loose rims all day.

I think Drews Tyres will be there but give them a call to check.

I said in a previous thread that I was coming down for the weekend, but my employer has put a massive piece of wood into my spokes.
They have told me that, because the other member of staff that normally looks after the shop if I'm not in will start his holiday on Friday night, there is noone to run the shop, so I am going to have to work. I am so naffed off because I'm going to have to finish my Holiday early. This is the 3rd time I have done this in 2009, so I think it's time to start hunting for somewhere else. Sorry i cant make it, but it is out of my hands.
