I have just sold my 1994 gt4 wrc, What a car i have driven scoobys and evos before and they just dont compare. Great buy mate. Have a look at some volk te37 replica alloys wheels i think inovite make them stunning looking wheels which really set the car off and clear the brake calipers.

Lol they excite me too mate I did get a price for them a few weeks ago but they were a bit pricey and i think they were only copies, i think i have just secured a set of white OZ Cronos wheels with good tyres and i believe they are like rockin horse poop as they are correct offset.

Good stuff they will look sh*t hot mate, Do you have a dump valve fitted if not have you tried it with the standard one off and plug the airbox sound mint.

Correct me if i wrong but im sure dump valves bugger the turbo and arent worth the hassle in the long run.

Without a dump valve, when the throttle was closed, the build up of boost pressure would be immense, very similar to closing a quickly flowing water tap. This excess of pressure, (which could be over five times the running boost pressure), would put the components of the system under a great strain. It would try to burst the intercooler and pipework. More significantly, it would put a large strain on the turbocharger itself, firstly stalling the compressor shaft, then trying to force the compressor wheel out of the turbo, against its bearings.
So, the dump valve prevents mechanical damage to the intercooler & turbo pipework, prolongs turbocharger life, and prevents excessive turbo - lag that would be caused by the compressor shaft stalling.

I just copied that from another site.

The gt4 st205's all have dump valve's fitted as standard but instead of venting into atmosphere ( ssssccchhh noise ) vent into the airbox which goes back through the intake ( recirc dump valve ) but you can unbolt it fromn the airbox and cover the hole left, and its amazingly loud. It is a sound of much pimpness
