if the weathers fine what time do you estimate being at hartside Cici and Rob ?

and how do you fancy a loop from hartside to brampton , longtown , canonbie , newcastleton, Kielder, then back round via bellingham, wark, haydon bridge, then back up to alston - hartside.

It's two hours from my house to Devil's Bridge and the earliest I'd be able to get there would be 10:30, then on to Hartside. I cannot recall how long it takes me to get to Hartside from Devils.

Any route is absolutely fine by me Mark.

ehy not go a more direct route from your house to hartside ??? A1 to scotch corner then over to brough on the a66 then middleton / alston / hartside.

LOL. I'm such a numpty. Why didn't I think of that? That's the route I took first time I went up to Hartside. I should be there for 10 o'clock, latest 10:30.
