Jans, your on course for some serious liver damage there mate.
Its scary how little alcohol can do damage to the liver. Dont get me wrong, i probably drink too much sometimes but i am cutting down especially mid week. One thing you are missing, the amount of sugar in the alcohol your consuming is scary. Are you a big chap? i would imagine most people consuming your amount unless they are really young would be overweight which compounds the damage to your body. Sorry if seems like a lecture. Phil |

Haha sorry. Didn't mean it in a bad way or to critisise anyone. Just personally wouldn't do it anymore.
My personal low moment was arriving back home at 10.30pm after work to find no booze in the house so called one of those booze delivery people to drop some at my house for some extortionate fee. It was Oragenbloom as that were the cheapest and it was warm...it tasted like tomatoes and cigarettes. But I drank half the crate on my own anyway then went to bed to go back into work at 7am the following morning.

To the OP... You drink on average probably a little less than I do. My last night out consisted of drinking from 6pm-8:30am, and I was relatively OK (no hang over, but very drunk).
That said, I can happily (and have done not so long ago), go for weeks without touching a drop. There's usually some in the fridge for whenever I fancy it, but it's not a requirement. Therein lies the difference for me. As others have said, I tend not to drink when by myself, more so just socially. I do want another night out like the last one though (but I don't mind waiting for it)... |

There are better things to be doing with those brain cells and if I'm not riding/driving I'm doing other things that need a clear head and steady hand. 2 weeks ago I went out and drank 8 or 9 double vodkas, no problem, but the next day... ![]() |

ild say no . i have a 2-3 cans of strong bow almost every night then at weekend x much more . i like to have a nice can after a long day at work.

I think that you have the answer already as you felt the need to ask the question.
The important thing is probably can you cut it down or go without. If the answer is no or would be difficult, then you need to have a think and seek some help. I wil have 2-3 beers 3-5 nights a week and I think that is too much as it makes me gain weight, but it can be a lovely way to have a chillax in the evening. |
