MM, I order from brakes4u.co.uk (or is it .com google it). I've been using EBC organic pads, more than happy with them.

I think you should have all your calipers stripped, cleaned, greased and put back together with new pads and fresh fluid - it'll make a world of differance

Dont forget to get some brake cleaner for the disc's too

I put the new pads in the front today, after going to Halfords to ask for Red Rubber Grease, they has no clue what I was talking aboutone of them suggest redex as it well red!

I haven't bleed the brakes however they don't feel too sharp, is this just the new pads bedding in?

Its never been changed the bike is over 2 years old now. They seemed fine when I pushed them back in, no problems I could see or to report.

Trust halfords
If you havent bleed them they won't feel sharp
How were the seals?

Mine feel sharp, but that's only since I serviced them (new seals etc.). However I don't know what pads are in (guessing standard) but after a few seconds of long hard braking they seem to fade a bit. Will see what a difference my HH pads make, worked well previously

+1 bleeding them may not be enough as deposit will gather and settle at bottom of caliper which can't be bleed out, I'll post some pics later, it's nasty!
