Ah well that's the breakthrough - it flies up to the aircraft, arrests the pilot, finds out his name & address, sends off an NIP and if he gives any verbal, a section 59 for his noisy aircraft, before sending him off home with his tail between his legs and a rectification notice for the non e-marked indicators.
