Yes it counts, but the bus won by a pin down

Same happened to me, although I jumped off the bus, thank heavens for clarks shoes, otherwise it'd be a different story

lol - it sure did! The driver was apologetic though, I suppose he misjudged the gap.

I'm indebted to my Sidi's - I've had two major events now - one was a piece of metal flicked up by a vehicle in front that hit my foot, hurt like mad but no damage, and the bus sort of scuffed down the toecap to the side, but didn't do any permanent damage to my toes!

WRONG ANSWER . When any accident occurs , the tiniest scratch or damage to that bike was caused by that vehicle no matter how long ago it happened . This is , of course , as long as it doesn`t push the cost into a write off situation . Didn`t the Bus hit you on the Left to make it fall onto the Right ?
