Sorry to hear this. I had my shoulder injured in an accident this time last year. Nver got it checked out properly but the insurance were quick to send me for physio. I thought it was silly at the time if they didnt know what was wrong.

Here i am a year later, woke up in real bad pain. Went o doc who sent me for xrays...tey show a misalignment in the bones. Gotta see a specialist in jan to find out what the deal is.
Insist on a a scan mate, at the very least an xray, just to be sure.

He was very concerned that I was ok, checking I was alright and not in any pain or anything, and after I said I felt ok he said "I'm just glad you're alive!". Admitted fault completely too - he seemed an alright chap as they go (even if his observation skills are something to be desired...)

HA ha, cool. Thats a good reaction

My cousins GF got run into today as she was gingerly making her way out of her ice ring road (in the car mind) and this old fella (50ish) shot round the corner lost control went on the curb (nearly hitting my other cousin watching her out) and then hit her. Had the cheek to try and blame her! Some Knobs about int there.

I wasn't at the time... was far too cold for that!
Was wearing some cheapo unbranded over-trousers I got from the NEC bike show one year, with protective padding in - they did the job very well!

Finally got an estimate through for repairing the damage to the bike: £3048.84!

It'll be classed as a write-off without a doubt...

Same happened to SvRich I know he's changed solicitors as he wasn't getting much headway with his first one. Old one was saying 50/50 his fault new one knows that specific case and says 80/20 in his favour. He's still not out of the woods yet either

Might be worth sending him a PM

Sorry to hear about your off
