![]() Kwak, i spent ages fiddling with my can trying to get best fit, how i have it now was the best it would fit. Like i said earlier, ive seen others exactly the same, one was in J&S in brum. The only thing i think that would effect it is cutting the old one off, but even that hasnt got much margin for error as things wont line up and the link pipe is a set distance. Im gonna take another look tomorrow and post some details. Phil |

Special one - I had a look at the Scorpion web site last night - they only list SV's exhausts up to 06. However in the Demon Tweaks catalogue they list them up to 07. I think your exhaust came of an 05 bike if it's the one your bought off the forum. Makes me think there might be a specific link pipe for 07 onwards. Might be worth enquiring with Scorpion.

I didn't fit mine, but certainly didn't have to use anything other than those parts supplied in the kit. Oh, and yes, the baffle has since been removed :P

Have you got anymore photos of the bike from the side and behind so I can see how close the can is to the swinging arm and also identify which link pipe you are using. Your bike is the first one I've seen that is the same colour, model year and twin port can. Thanks - Steve |
