Naughty girl, getting everyone all excited!

I have a similar photo of me in said 1970s kiddy nursie outfit, nothing like the fancy dress they do for kids nowdays!

Funnily enough I also had a little outfit like that when I was four. My mum had gone into labour with my younger brother, and I came into the room with my nurses outfit on to check if she was OK. The ambulance came soon after that - probably just as well I reckon!
