some nice routes Lissa, but may i suggest you take this route home on the last day..

coming down the A9 is mind numbingly boring. do the other route and stop off for fuel at the begining of braemar then go to the hungry highlander for lunch. i have marked it on the map.

if i dont tag along with Pete 'n' Lissa, i will be doing this.

my planned routes, i haven't looked into accommodation as yet. so i might take a tent.

Will see how we feel at Inverness and how the time is going. We still have a 300+ mile day home the following day.

Me and Wendy have taken the following week off work. We'll spending the Fri, Sat & Sun at the GMIII venue, then going east to Dundee for 4 nights of luxury here http://www.piperdam.com/lodge-muirloch-executive.cfm. Hot-tub, sauna & a big comfy bed. We'll spend the days exploring the roads North of Dundee and spend the evenings $%&*&£$ in the hot-tub.
