Aye, I've stuck with the storms after I found they stuck better than sports dunlops and were much much better in the wet.

I have read in a lot of bike mags for the Sv everyone swears by Avon storms but I only use mine in perfect weather I use bridgestone bt021 but don't know what people think of them

Never used them but the storms honestly aren't bad on a dry day!

I've been pretty close to berlin riding rapidly with race-scrubs on and not got to the limits of the storms except for the odd twitch

Should've said the storms outlasted the dunlop D208r's slightly too, and definitely had a harder time.

Even keeping sight of him on an sv with storms fitted definitely says something about the storms though. When/if summer comes round again I might try the storm VP2 things (or whatever the sportier ones are) if I dare.

Up in Scotland I got them proper hot and was pushing a lot harder than that 2-up. I was very impressed.
I think seggons said something like it was "like having the full fat YC back" lol. Although I think that was more because I was not 100% for previous day heh.
