see when I was little, it was always like this in winter, and it was always hot in summer.

I wouldn't mind if it was nice, warm and not rain too much

The only thing that gets us through 6-7 months of winter here, is knowing that we have some decent weather for the rest of the year.

Long Hot summer without question, not too hot like 80F nice wind to cool it of a bit. Enough for shorts and t-shirts and jeans and shirt in the evenings...Warm enough by day to get in the ocean or the pool.

I don't like cold weather...The one thing bad about working is that I have stay here for summer, I manage to have all my summers out of this country from 98-03. My first summer was 04, I was like how cold is it here!

Who cares about the tube its a piece of s*** never works right anyway! Thats why I have a motorbike and a push bike...its handy when having been to the pub

for sure! Nothing wrong with having 4 seasons (just not in one day like we get here sometimes) an if this kind of snow was a yearly thing then the country would be far more prepared for it.

Like they are when the leaves fall of the trees and land on railway lines

but still, i'd put up with snow for a glorious summer, even if it did come with a drought and a hosepipe ban.

Absolutely. I'm dreaming of bike trips already, last night I was in Cornwall riding around Pendennis Point in Falmouth, two miles long with a fantastic view across the outer harbour to St Mawes. Anyone know it? On a warm summer day, it's just perfect.

This is how it should be.

I'd like a good summer as much as the next person, but I don't mind the rain either, I always ride better, after having a few days riding in the rain.

I'm missing being out on the bike, I managed to get it off the driveway on sunday, what a feat, won't be trying again until this sunday, or maybe further in to next week.

I look forward to the spring the most, comparing it to the other seasons, it's not too hot so can wear enough protective gear, it's not too cold for icy roads, and unlike the Autumn, it doesn't feel that cold as we're coming out of the winter, rather than the summer, and there aren't we leaves all over the road.
