What's really worrying me is that surely the Coroner, should have had access to the autopsy report in order to determine the cause of death.

(and we discussed this at home on Saturday night, so going on facts about the process here).

Well in their infinite wisdom they used the Coroners Act to justify that the Hutton whitewash, sorry it was called an "inquiry" wasn't it was also sufficient to serve as the coroners inquest too. they saw they medical reports and decided they needed to hide that stuff for 70yrs lest they show their own dirty hand being involved.

I'm not sure what you're getting at here - is it:

A. You think it would be OK for the government to 'silence' dissent by any means.
B. You think it's a bit rubbish - but inevitable - the state does what the state does and we shouldn't argue.
C. You're as disappointed as the rest of us.

Please don't think I'm being argumentative, I genuinely don't know what you're getting at.

Well i too was hoping for an answer to your question Squidler but since Neio has either not seen this or chosen not to answer, let me add some positive news to this saga.

Seems like the good doctors are not gonna let this one lie... http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/2...er-david-kelly
