+1 i have heard that for cardiff and can vouch for newcastle

as a few have already said: cardiff

cardiff is great just make sure its a weekend when all the valleys slappers get shipped into town

( which will be most weekends)

Krakow is great but... you might be refused entrance to quite a few pubs/bars/clubs if they see you're on a stag do.. They seem to have had quite a few problems with drunken & disorderly Brits in recent years
