Ahh if i told you that i'd have to stick a polo on your head and introduce you to old gregg.

But seriously, there must be somewhere apart from suzuki who do a properly fitting one.

I think the toolbox problems goes further back than the k9'S. I'm sure i remember a thread or two where they have cut off the tool box completely, although this may have been to accomadate a different rear shock.

I think as long as your rear shock isn't too worn or soft you'll be fine with a red fox one, not sure on the flexability of the carbon one. the indent on the tool box actually looks like it was originally moulded like that.

There is a guy on here with the nick of old git or something similar who makes a rear wheel hugger without all that plastic covering the chain search for his posts it looks pretty good Id like one just can't justify the money on one at the mo bit like the seat cowl.

I also have a red fox carbon hugger on my k7, no rubbing or bottoming out marks on mine, done a few hundred miles with it so far so good.

Bald Git - I pm'd him the other day asking about the mini-hugger/shock protector that he does and he's not looking to start doing them again until around mid-April when things start to warm up.

I didn't like full hugger when I had mine so am thinking of getting the mini one.

As I noted in an earlier post, I have NO problems whatsoever with Hugger/toolbox clearance on a K9, I have just checked (in case foot into mouth) and I can get a fat flat hand in-between. I have difficulty posting pictures, otherwise I would have.
