oh you absolute sod! i've been thinking about getting one of those recently! that really is not fair. unless of course... you might let me have a wee test ride to find for the purposes of research as to whether i'd actually enjoy ownership of one of these machines?

i hope you're enjoying it.

That's so yellow you'll have to be careful that Darren doesn't mistake it for a banana and try to do tricks with it!

No he didn't.......

I tried three of these when I was looking for the S4, and was fag paper close to getting one, two were the same as Raf's one and the other silver, I just love the styling, but four things swung it for the S4, I've always loved the S3 and the front end has the look when you're sat on it, the seat is flat rather than the slight incline forwards you have on the D6, without the fairing weight over the front end it handles the best of the bunch (marginally I know but then I do feel the difference) and lastly I found a better deal (newer bike, less money & less miles).

Had I bought a D6, I'd have had the seat re contoured to flat and been more than happy from there though, cracking bike.

Cheers Mark.

Marks right on the seat angle thing.
It takes some getting used to, I fitted stomp grips on mine to make things easier on the arms.

Really nice bikes and not your average jap jelly mould styling too.
What can have you got on there?

I had a look, but it's not on my server or any of the current pc's I'm using, so I can only imagine it's on the old filestore one, which needs rebuilding at some point.

Cheers Mark.

Truth be said I like the sound it is making with the baffle in. What suspension settings are we talking about? Nice bike so far, I am still getting used to it so I shan't be tinkering with it too much. Besides, it's dirty after last nights rain, needs a quick polish.

Oh, does anyone want to help me fit a rear suspension to a SV1000?
