16 weeks after my off in Thailand and I'm still in the funky Robocop arm brace - but without my lovely surgeon loaning me this rather expensice bit of kit I'd probably still be in plaster. Not sure how long before the screws come out but the plate stays in and I set the metal detector off coming through the gates at he Test match at work last week!

Does it count that my back still aches from falling out of a window at 17, soon after followed by a car crash that hurt my neck when someone shunted into me, then I tore ankle ligaments falling into a rabbit hole at V festival, hurt my neck in New Zealand while dangling upside down on a kids' climbing frame before falling off and landing on my head, have been into casualty twice after tripping over the cat and this morning I broke a nail!

what a *****, not for the drivin but for the nearly killing a bloke an not been man enough to admit to it.

Berlin I echo what most have said, you're super lucky. You're one of those people who would survive if they're chute failed but then you'll prob get a serious injury on eday doing something lame like just getting out of the bath.
