Gutted for you mate, I had a stint of silly mistakes a couple of years ago, which has put my insurance up somewhat. You do want to give yourself a slap looking back but hindsight is 20/20 as they say. learn from it and move on, whats done is done so dont beat yourself up over it.

damn, how disappointed I was when I actually opened the thread...
nah oj, but yea as everyone is saying, whats done is done... I run into the back of my friend on my bike, me on my Fazer 600 and him on his 125... he came up to a junction and I saw him look right and no brake light so i assumed he was going on out, then I looked right, seen a car and looked forward again only to find he had stopped, managed to mostly swerve out of the way but hit his topbox he had on it, kinda ripped it off, and no my Fazer has a big crack in the fairing to remind me of my stupidity... felt like a proper **** for the rest of the day after, but in the end it all worked out grand, so yea, dont be beating yourself up  life goes on and all that shabang!! |
