A soluble aspirin rubbed on the gums next to the tooth works, but it's a short term fix and prolly make it bleed if u keep doing it!

paramol its the strongest paracetomol you can get over the counter without a prescription, its really really good but dont drink alcohol when taking them

Well it looks like Sensodine Fast action Sensitive toothpaste has worked! I couldn't fine the new Colgate fast action Sensitive toothpaste in any of the supermarkets (whats going on there then?)
Two days and no pain so far. It'll do until I can get to the dentist! Cheers for the replies. C |

 Its been a week, can't have been that bad. Real toothache means you wanted it sorted yesterday, it has you on the floor in agony
