I used to work for an ad agency, we did the You've Been Tango'd ads, and Pot Noodle Slag of All Snack and the Egg bank ones. I once spent half a day researching if I could purchase american bull semen using an Egg card as we had an idea to use that in one of the ads. In order to get around the Advertising Standards Agency guidelines we had to be able to show it was actually possible. I also had to call up Phil Tufnel and ask if he'd like to be the voice of the Birds Eye potato waffle - he's never looked back.
