I could fill this thread on my own with sh1tty work ive done, dont even bat an eyelid at it now.
YC, ive been there many times with insulation, its horrible, so much for me now, if i dont wear a mask within 10 mins im coughing non stop.

Similar thing to your washing machine drain thingy, i went to a customers of mine who had a garage conversion done before they knew me, the 'builders' hadnt connected the soil pipe up properly so was leaking raw sewage directly under the floorboards down stairs, that stunk the whole house out.
I sent my nephew down there to see if we could see the leak, i claimed it was too small for me

People always ask how i can shove my hand down toilets or remove them all the time, dont bother me at all, i wear latex gloves so nothing can touch me.
The worse one has been a couple of years ago, i took a toilet out on the first day of a bathroom refit, i always flush it a few times first so its clean water in there, so i tip some of the remaining water from the bowl into a bucket, then carry it downstairs and throw it on the skip, it toppled over on to its side and a 8 inch long fat brownie fell out, it had been lurking.
That did gross me out a bit cos that could have come out as i was carrying it down the stairs.

For general getting covered in crap, disc cutting doorways or pulling old ceilings down are probably the worst.

Bleeding the auto lubrication on a truck
Open all the nipples at the lubrication points, fill the plastic reservoir with used engine oil and use a little bit of compressed air to power it through the system--easypeasey.
I'm standing holding the air gun over the breather hole for the plastic reservoir and ask somebody else to give a little trickle of air to put some pressure in the system.
The fool slams the tap wide open, the reservoir explodes blowing me against the garage wall, perfectly outlined in used engine oil on the white garage wall.It was the middle of summer so I was only wearing overalls and pants and the reservoir had gone off with such force that it blew the dirty oil through the material and I looked like a Panda when I took my glasses off, everybody pi55ing themslves laughing. Into the showers and to add insult to injury DO NOT USE SWARFEGA to clean your intimate little places

I have helped empty both a slurry pit on a farm and a domestic cess-pit. Neither were pleasant but they pale into insignificance compared to emptying/cleaning out a chicken shed.

As per the earlier post, nothing smells like chicken-****

Taking the lid off a PC from a smokers house, everyting covered in tar and it stunk.

Going to the local tannery in Bridgwater to work on their PC's, 6 monthly contract to clean and service them check them over etc. Taking the lid off of those was an experienced, used to use a compressed air line to blow all the gunk out of it. Bl**dy stunk.

OK so it wasnt messy per say, but the smell was completely rancid.

What I'm doing 6 days a week, working in a tyre/exhaust depot kneeling and lying on the workshop floor. Road dirt/oil/grease and that crappy puncture repair gunk people inject into their tyres. I've got the hands of a 50yr old, ****ty job.

On a side note mate, use that hand cream that the Norwegians use, it's got their flag on it, it's brilliant, my hands get really rough from my work and it really helps mine.

This stuff mate? Just recently started using it. Might buy some barrier cream too as they don't supply it and latex gloves just rip every 10mins.
