I was worried id never get it done in time, now ive got a draft drwan up I can refine it more.

Was going to make the undertray in stainless, mainly as its free from work( providing I rumage through the offcuts from the sheet metal guys), but will buy an ally sheet instead, as i prefer working with aluminium.

I cheated for the indicators though and have bought a load of angle brackets from B&Q, they have a shelf full of different sizes and thicknesses.

finally got my 2 plates made up at work after lots of arsing around with card templates.

The undertray is the Zunkus item, but with the necessary cut out for the pointy light. Its formed in 2mm ally and Ive permanently borrowed some edging rubber trim for the section round the rear light.

The number plate mount is made from 1.5mm stainless. I cant weld, so a work mate in the welding bays welded it for a can of coke

I did toy with getting it powder coated, but have sprayed it satin black for now as I want to see how well it works first.

Final fitting next week some time.

Lee

Just remember that had you taken the front rnd of a Pointy and put it together with the rear of a Curvy you would have a Purvy...

You however added the rear of a Poiny to your Curvy, making it a Cu, well you can work it out...

Nice work

did make me chuckle, will be fitting it all this week, as got the rest of the bike back together at last.

Your not wrong on the plate angle Chris, has been one of the many issues with this as everything has moved frontwards, why cant those little number plates be legal
