I bought my hein gericke leathers at this time of year last year and got a huge reduction on everything as they are trying to clear last years stock (i assume).

Also, the NEC bike show always has tons of decent leathers at good prices!

Why do you want to change brake discs? Stock ones work fine and you will never need more with the stock forks you have... better to change whole front end!

Allow £500+ for a shock

Load of crap you don't need compared to the absolute best modification going? No contest!

I'd add a GSXR front end or a fork cartridge conversion to the list too... but the GSXR front end is a free mod
