I hate johnny wilkinson, he's the David beckham of the rugby world. I hate how on even easy kicks he makes a roast dinner out of it ha!

No they didn't!! Toby Flood made that game for England and got honoured with man of the match which was well deserved IMO.

Anyways.

2moro we are looking forward to Italy vs Ireland.

I wonder if Italy have managed to find a kicker yet? Remember last year when Bergamasco (who is a brilliant player) was the last person to say no to kicking so he ended up doing it!! Really funny!! Unfortunately Bergamasco is injured but I think Italy will do better this year.

And France vs Scotland

France have been absolutely outstanding recently and so it's going to be a great game after Scotland's confidence boost on the back of the winter games i which Scotland beat Fiji and South Africa which also boosted Scotlands overall World Rankings to 7th behind France at 6th and England at 5th.

Saturday's going to be a good day.

The better side won, but despite the BBCs fixation with all things English (and Jonny Wilkinson in particular) it wasn't the great game of rugby they tried to portray it as. There were some good points (Flood and Hook both looked worryingly good, Wales look good going sideways and England when they have the ball up their jumpers), and some bad (scrums are still sh1te, offside is apparently no longer a concept in rugby union, and obstruction is rife in international rugby).

Good game? Resonable, but not great; but I bet it is no worse than the majority of the games to come.

Congrats to England.

Wales were getting back into it before wilko come on, flood did have a great game granted, but you have to accept, wilko made a difference when he came on.
Got a bit worried when they got a try back I must admit.

I disagree. Wales never looked like they were getting back into it. The threatened to but it never seemed to materialise. England played well throughout the entire game. The first 10mins were totally dominated by Wales but were staved off by England quite convincingly.

One thing I will say is how is it International teams are so incapable of scrummaging.

Good game, both Toby Flood and Ben Youngs were awesome to be fair and Flood deserved the MOTM

It was a bit worrying towards the end (for an England supporter) but when has a victorious England game not been that way...

Of course it could have been more clinical by both sides and the ref could have been more of a picky sod but all in all an entertaining game of rugby...I'm looking forward to seeing how Ireland and France play in their games tomorrow now
