Just popped down Aldi's at lunchtime. I got mixed up and thought it was a Lidl there. anyway they still had loads of stuff left. Got a pair of gloves, they seem well put together and for £14 if they stay waterproof for a while Ill me happyt. also got a compression thermal t shirt. picked up a set of screwdrivers for £7 as well. put the dremel and the drill bit set back as felt I was getting carried away.

Might pop down Lidl after work and grab a tank bag and take a look at their textile jacket.

Me too. They look good though in my opinion.

Picked up a tank bag and backpack, all I need now is my SV and I'll be sorted! Tank bag looks great and well made, has waterproof cover and shoulder strap. Backpack shoulder straps could have done being a bit thicker but should be ok.

I got the compression underclothes from Aldi yesterday along with one of the windproof tops, they didnt have any windproof bottoms to fit. Lidl is the next port of call lol.

Aldi socks were disappointing I think. Well not disappointing, just no different to any other sock as far as I can see!

Feet still got mega cold!
