Last time when it asked for occupation Mr LPH wrote 'Bricklayer' and then in desciption of job 'I lay one brick on top of another and drink tea'.

IBM have been putting pages labelled "This Page Left Intentionally Blank" in their manuals for ages.
It shows that it is a placeholder. What it means is that, as we have discovered, there are some forms (non-English speaking it seems) that are not relevant in all areas. It means that when they put the forms through the scanner when they get them back, they can use one scanner layout for ALL forms. Sensible really.
