Missed Moto 2 but that was awesome. Did VERY well to keep that up.

Rossi's move was fine, Stoner was wide open and Rossi went for the gap.

Then theres the year that Rossi ran Gibernau off the track into the gravel trap... IIRC was a similar last gasp run down the inside, crash or pass type move...

Rossi's thinking I am sure was,that if he could pass Casey he could then block him out all of the way to the flag. In the dry that move is risky,(I remember people slating Lorenzo for the very same move and result a couple of seasons back.)

In the wet it was extremely brave and for me bordering on the foolish. But just shows that Valentino is not turning up for the fun of it.

Simoncelli was fantastic on his satelite Honda. Funny how Colin Edwards is close to a great finish and Nicky is in close attendance,he then bins it!(remember Assen a couple of seasons ago? Colin is not normally a guy who falls off,never has been.

By the way,apparently Casey's "rude" gesture was not at Valentino but at the stewards who all ran to help Valentino remount and left Casey to his own devices. Not very fair of them. Casey has put the coming together on the track as no more than a"racing incident".

I thought Edwards had engine failure.
