MFN - at Shipley Gate which is between Derby & Nottingham

Depending on who you ask it either stands for 'Miles From Nowhere' or Middle (of) F...ing Nowhere'. I prefer the latter

Whiteways Carpark, just off the Whiteways Lodge roundabout (A29). Small cafe that serves a cuppa. Nothing fancy but a shed load of bikes meet up there at the weekend. Copied location link from Google maps so hope it works.
+50° 53' 22.24", -0° 34' 36.03" (50.889512, -0.576675)

Also there used to be a burger van that would park up on the top of Goodwood hill. A tiny bit pricey but the burgers were excellent,,as are the views and roads getting to it. Once I pick up my bike, I'll head up there one weekend and see if he still parks up there and post again.

Edit...when looking at Whiteways on the map,,click to satellite view. You will see all the bikes parked up. Oh, and last time I went there, and so I'm told that still do it, Traffic pop in often too,, nothing more than to give friendly advice and give heads up if they are going to be tasked with any motoring clamp downs in the near future etc.
