As good as the Kinlochleven loop is, I absolutely loved the A82 over Glencoe on both GM 1 and 2. Stunning stretch of road

Yup I like the Kinlochleven loop. And I've only done the Loch Laggen road in the car and thought "this would be good on the bike" so looking forward to it at the GM.

The road that Viper, Quiff and I road last year. From IIlaeda through Sort across the border back into France.

I have no idea what the road number is, but it was mental, just corner after corner after corner, with stunning scenary. All of it with a beautiful pothole gravel free lovely tarmac surface.

I've not ridden a road in the UK that comes close.

Isn't it amazing that over the pond there is mile upon mile of pothole free roads, and when you get back over here, you're retinas take a battering from your eyeballs being rattled in their sockets from the damn crap surfaces!

+1.

The N260 from Sort to La Seu d'Urgell is put simply, amazing! I think this is the road you mean.

I looked at it just now on streetview and it looks like quite a poor surface, but it really was brilliant when I was there.

Done the whole length last month (), surface was great, with a few less perfect sections (nothing bad though) especially on the narrower bits.

If I found out in Pamplona that I forgot my phone on the campsite in Ripoll, I'd be happy to go back

France to Italy Modane to Susa through the Park National de la Vanoise, over Moncenisio down to Susa SS25. I did this route regular with a truck for years and promised myself I would do it on a bike and it is well worth the effort

Look it up on Google and then change the view to satellite it is unreal

I think it must have been resurfaced since the streetview, I was there in Sept '10 and it was good and I'm back in less than 85 days!
