Waste of talent yes, but maybe the talent wouldn't be there without the underlying troubles.

Roger daltrey and most of the WHO managed it, far far more talented than her, they took every drug known to man but not to excess, apart from Keith moon obviously.

Missed it when it was announced - had turned all news off because too depressed about Norway. Always a shame when a relatively talented person wastes themselves but it's not, let's be honest, entirely unexpected. Hard on her family watching her constantly going in and out of rehab (no, no no).
