Must be your setup...What did you do with that cookies add-on? It might well be stopping the relevant cookies from being saved which you need for youtube / the org etc

the Org theme can be set from:

user CP > Edit options > Misc at the foot of the page and Save!!

Make sure your not running in incognetio mode as default (handy setting for a 5 knuckle shuffle)

I added all my sites in to the whitelist so their cookies shouldn't be deleted. I've added youtube.com, google.co.uk, google.com, accounts.google.com but it still signs me out when I restart chrome

Ok that worked for the forum theme. I was just clicking the Quick style chooser on the main page before.
