UPDATE:
Soulkiss is once again de-crunched Took a while to sort the details out, so wasn't as quick as I had hoped, but I got the job mentioned in my post above. Start on Weds as an Infrastructure Administrator/Security Engineer. In the end I didn't have to take the 10% pay cut I feared I would (discussed in this thread), ended up with a very slight raise in fact. So YAY !!!
