Quite a few in here don't own SV's at all anymore.

But it's not about the bike, you were saying that there's no point going this slow whereas I'm saying there is

So ok you've ruled out my current weapon of choice been an SV, what sort of bike are you assuming I ride now? Doesn't need to be make/model lol just a category would do.

Each to their own, don't get people slagging off Harley owners. For me the enjoyment is sometimes going fast, but the thrill of doing corners skilfully, and putting them all together, and feeling total satisfaction beats blasting away feeling at the edge of my limits. You can't do that on the roads here, never knowing what's round t he corner, or who's gonna see it as an invite to race. I love biking, who is to say my enjoyment is any less because I don't choose to blast everywhere?

It always raises my hackles when people slag off other peoples bikes and makes me wonder if they're happy with theirs. I also find a lot of Harley owners have maybe had accidents on sports bikes, and have purposefully bought a Harley so they take it easier, and there's nothing wrong with that in fact it's to be applauded.

Have you ridden plenty of miles on Harleys? Tell us all about it.

Hmmm I supose I did say "silly slow cruisers" but that was aimed at the 2 in this vid as opposed to a general dig at cruisers. And I think its fair to say they were going slow as they were easily overtaken by that car which didn't seem to be driving particularly fast.

I think you're sort of twisting or maybe misinterpreting my words. I said "silly slow cruisers," and "what's the point of having a bike that doesn't allow the benefits of biking"
I never said "going slow is pointless" I never said "going fast is essential" you're the one who took it that route.
