Wide boy thats uncanny I live in West End too!!
Road through the New Forest last night on way back from Fordingbridge and 2 effing deer ran right in front of me. Emergency braking to a point a stalled the bike and felt sure I would collide!! Missed them by inches, fortunately only doing 40ish otherwise could have written my SV and I've only had a few weeks. I hate f###kg deer now!!

You were lucky then, 2 bikers hit a horse on the a31 weds night. One died.

Yes very sad. The A31 runs alongside the Forest. I wasn't aware of the accident until this evening. After the deer incident on the road it was shortly followed by a forest pony scurrying after another forest pony in front of me. Damn I now will avoid the Forest at night!
