err that might be a problem.... might be able to do a couple of coffees, but the slap up meal might mean I have to visit McD's.... will ruin my new year resolution on the 2nd day (no more t/aways!!) as for the springs... hmmmmmmmm

Sorry guys and gals, this flu bug I've got just hasn't gotten any better and I can hardly see straight so there's no way I'm jumping on the bike tonight, which is a great pity as I've been looking forward to it all week (sad b*stard). In fact I didn't even have a single drop of alcohol on New Year's Eve (sob!).

Hope you have a good natter tonight and watch out for the ice cos it looks as though it's going to be a cold one.
