How can you answer yes or no to a question with an or in it?

Is that Yes keep the new one, or yes go bock to the original one

If I could figure out how to get 1 in the 1st place I'd be happy.

Maybe its not that difficult to someone that knows, but to me I haven't a clue how to add an avatar. I'm not daft but PC's, sometimes listening to IT bods in work just makes me switch off. What language are they speaking?
"The office" got it right in 1 episode when Gareth (I think) asked the IT geek, (no offence intended, just using the show's speak),

IT - Oh, who knows.

So anyway that could explain to me i.e. where i need to go on the web to get them, where to put them and finally how to link to the forum , would be appreciated.
