There's a hill going from Aberystwyth to Llanbadarn Fawr that's steeper than your driveway.
Now that is fun, having to stop for the major junction at the bottom of the road. More than a few cars have slightly failed to stop at the bottom.

or the one in rochdale on the way up to calderdale, left hand <10mph sharp hairpin turn at a similar slope angle, with a lovely adverse camber when you're just over the top. I once nearly dropped the bike there and i was ****ting myself because there's nothing to stop you rolling right down the slope into a lovely stream/ditch.

I don't ride down at all, I've only ever walked it down with the brake. It's quite straightforward, it's getting the damn thing up that's the problem!!!!

Do you walk it down with the nose pointing down or up?

Same with me. One of our motorbike parking lots at work is above road
level with a rather steep ramp leading to it. I have no problem riding up
but I always feel nervous riding down.

I walked down with the nose pointing forwards, which is probably a mistake coz if it slips away it's gone.

Bit far for me too, especially at my age. But maybe some local hero
would give it a go? I would suggest burning out most of the fuel and
removing the toolkit before the ascent. And non-slip work boots are a
must.
