SV doesn't vibrate?!! i'm taking mine back to the shop if that's the case!

If it vibrates that much I should. According to a talk I went to some years ago a 90 degree V twin should be pretty smooth. In fact there are only two better engine configurations and that is the straight six and the contra rotating twin crankshaft engine like the Velocette Roarer. It's all about primary and secondary vibrations. since then of course balance shafts have been introduced to keep Verticle twins and the like acceptable.
I'm no expert just repeating what has been told to me by experts. |
