Thats why i buy brown bread, you can't see the mould as easily so you get a few extra days before you feel obliged to get a new loaf.

I buy sliced bread for toasting and keep it in the freezer. You can just take a couple of slices out as needed and pop them in the toaster.

That's where my cunning plan falls down a bit. It's not normally a problem as I don't usually eat sandwiches at home. But if I do fancy a nice egg and ketchup sarnie, then I could always defrost a couple of slices in the microwave. Defrosted bread isn't as good as fresh bread, but I expect that it beats mouldy bread any day.

Ketchup, now there's some nasty stuff. I bet it goes well with turkey twizzlers.

My toaster has a frozen utton on it for just that reason.
It just heats it enough to be a nice normal piece of bread...its great.

Back to the question tho.

HATE IT

Ate a sarnie with it in when i was a kid and genuinely thought someone was having a laugh with me. Until my mate said he loved it and ate it

Tried it since...just to be open-minded like and nearly puked.

It a by-product....how can you guys enjoy eating a by product of a manufacturing process?
