i asked a guy who has a bikemedic franchise what was best and he recommends powder coating which actually does him out of work so i,m having mine done at the moment in silver as original. if you paint make sure you use a two pack as this is bloody good stuff, the wheels need completely stripping. ie tyres,discs,sprocket,bearings,balance weights, but they will mask up the parts which need to be untouched. as i have dislocated shoulder and off bike am having sub frame done as well. oh yeah, getting it done for nowt as well. its not what you know, it,s who you know

A frend of mine has just picked up 2 gsx 750 wheels that he had painted in swansea for £40 the pair. but dont forget you will have to take out youre barings and spacers and normally buy new ones....
