No, I don't smoke (& never have done) - My Father died of a smoking related illness the day before my 13th birthday, also my sister now has cancer (because of smoking,) & is going through kemotherapy... More than enough reasons not to smoke I think you'll agree

gave up in December...thank God. I gave up for a year 3 years ago, had a bad week, went back to it for a year but was never really that bad this time so it became easy to give up in the end...I hope

Gave up smoking cigarettes at Christmas and have not looked back...
